Instructions for Using the Udyam Registration Portal

The only MSME IDS UDYAM REGISTRATION PORTAL for registration. It is an official platform for registering a new MSME or re-registering an existing EM-II (Entrepreneurs Memorandum, Part-II) or, Part- (Udyog Aadhaar Memorandum). This portal is maintained by the Ministry of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. It explains the registration procedure in detail and phases, making it simple for anyone to complete. It’s an easy-to-use website.

A microbusiness is one that invests less than one crore in plant, machinery, and equipment and has a turnover of fewer than five crores. A small business is one that invests less than ten crores in plant, machinery, and equipment and has a turnover of fewer than fifty crores. A medium enterprise is one with a plant, machinery, and equipment investment of fewer than fifty crores and a turnover of less than two hundred and fifty crores.

The registration procedure is as follows:

To register as a new entrepreneur, go to the home page and click the “For New Entrepreneurs who are Not Registered as MSME” button. For those who have previously registered as an EM-II or UAM, click the option “For those who have already registered as an EM-II or UAM.”

When the button “For New Entrepreneurs who are not yet Registered as MSME” is clicked, the registration page appears. To register, enter the entrepreneur’s Aadhaar number and name in the fields provided on the page, then click the “Validate & Generate OTP” button.

PAN card details must be supplied after hitting this button, and registration is complete after PAN card verification and filling out udyam registration details. If an entrepreneur does not have a PAN card, he or she can fill out the udyam registration form and the process will be completed.

When you click the button that says “For those who have registered as EM-II or UAM,” you’ll be taken to the registration page. A person must input their Udyog Aadhaar number and choose the OTP option when registering. The alternatives are to receive OTP through mobile or email, as specified in the UAM.

After you’ve selected your OTP options, click the “Validate & Generate OTP” button. After inputting the OTP, fill in the registration data, and your udyam registration will be complete.

Registration Procedures Instructions:

The registration process is explained in detail on the portal. It is in the form of points at the bottom of the page in the portal. These points provide information on how to fill out the registration form, as well as directions on how to fill out Aadhaar details by a partnership firm, company, society, or trust.

No business may have more than one Udyam Registration, according to the law. Anyone who misrepresents or tries to conceal facts is subject to the penalties outlined in the Act. It also includes point instructions for current EM-II or UAM-registered businesses.

NIC Code:

The first tab on the home page is NIC Code, which opens a PDF file in a new tab. The PDF is about the Central Statistical Organisation’s Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation 2008 “National Industrial Classification (All Economic Activities).” It contains all of the information on the National Industrial Classification (NIC). The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIC) is a statistical standard for preserving and developing a comparative database based on economic activity.

Print Certificate:

This tab on the home page takes you to the website where you can print your Udyam Registration Certificate once you’ve received your Registration Number. On the right side of the website, there are directions for obtaining the certificate. In the first column on the left side of the page, enter the Registration Number. The next step is to choose an OTP option. The application gives you the option of getting an OTP on your phone or via email.

Click the “Validate & Generate OTP” button after you’ve made your OTP choices. The OTP is delivered to the address indicated in the selection. After entering OTP in the OTP column, click the “Validate & Print button.” After you’ve verified your OTP, the page will instantly send you to the Print Certificate page, where you can print your certificate.

Udyog Aadhaar:

This tab has the following sub-options:

  1. Update Udyog Aadhaar
  1. UAM Application Print
  1. UAM Certificate can be printed.
  1. Verify your Udyog Aadhaar number.
  1. Obtain your UAM Certificate

Users must enter their UAM Number, generate OTP by opting to receive OTP on mobile or email as specified in the program, enter the verification code supplied on the page, and click the ‘Validate and Generate OTP’ button on the “Update Udyog Aadhaar” page. UAM is updated after inputting OTP and then clicking on the ‘Reset’ button.

The “Print UAM Application” page allows you to print “Udyog Aadhaar Application Data” by entering your UAM number and your UAM-assigned mobile number, then clicking the “Submit” button.

The “Print udyam registration Certificate” page allows you to print a ‘Udyog Aadhaar Registration Certificate’ by entering your UAM number and your UAM-assigned mobile number, then click the “Submit” button.

“Validate Udyog Aadhaar” allows you to verify your UAM by entering your UAM number, inputting the verification code on the website, and pressing the ‘Verify’ button.

Users must ‘Choose to Retrieve Option’ of either ‘Udyog Aadhaar Memorandum’ or ‘Udyam Registration’ on the “Retrieve UAM Certificate” page. Generate OTP by selecting to get OTP on mobile or email as filled in the application after selecting the retrieve choices. Click the ‘Validate and Generate OTP’ button after entering your email or mobile number, depending on your OTP choices. After pressing the ‘Validate & Generate OTP’ button, an OTP is generated. After receiving the OTP, enter it and click the ‘Validate OTP’ button. The user receives registered numbers after the OTP is correctly matched.
